2. Order Timeline, Handling, and Transit Times

Our overall delivery timeline is split into two distinct periods: Order Handling Time and Transit (Shipping) Time. Please read the terms below carefully to understand when your package will arrive:

  • Order Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
    During this phase, we verify your order details, conduct strict quality assurance testing on the electronics, securely package the merchandise, and hand over the parcel to our logistics partner. Orders placed during weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the next immediate business day.
  • Transit / Shipping Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
    This is the time required for the shipping carrier to transport your package from our fulfillment center hub to your specified destination address within the United States.
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time / New York Time), Monday to Friday. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be categorized and processed under the subsequent business day cycle.

3. Shipment Tracking Infrastructure

Transparency is our absolute priority. Within 24 hours of your package being dispatched from our fulfillment facility, a automated shipping confirmation email will be generated and dispatched to your registered email address (e.g., your account email or the address provided at checkout). This email will contain a unique tracking number and a secure link to monitor your shipment in real time via standard postal service networks (such as USPS, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce).

4. Delivery Addresses, Restrictions, and P.O. Boxes

We deliver to valid residential and commercial addresses throughout the United States. Please ensure that all street numbers, apartment/suite designations, and zip codes are typed with absolute precision. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address entries supplied by the buyer during checkout.

We accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes and Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses); however, please note that transit times to military addresses may encounter minor extensions due to military customs sorting regulations beyond our operational control.
